onTransportConnectStateChanged

public void onTransportConnectStateChanged(ConnectState state,
                                           java.lang.Object params)

This method is called when the connection state changes in the transport layer. It handles the initialization of the device and engine based on the new connection state. If the state is 'disconnected', it stops the keep alive thread and the base device. If the state is 'connected', it starts the base device and initializes the reader. For any other state, it does nothing.
